The covers felt really soft when I first got them, which I liked, but mine started pilling after just a few weeks. They’re not awful or anything, I just kinda expected them to hold up a little better.

I wasn’t really expecting much when I walked into the showroom, but the staff were actually super helpful. They answered my questions without being pushy, which was nice. I’m still taking my time deciding, but the visit was better than I thought it would be.

I ordered a Lovesac and the product itself is totally fine, but the delivery process was frustrating. I got the tracking email and then after that it felt like none of the updates really lined up. Dates kept changing and I had to keep checking on it myself just to figure out what was happening. Customer service was friendly once I got through to someone, but they didn’t really have clear answers either. For something this expensive, I expected way better communication and a lot less guessing. Not a terrible experience, just more annoying than it needed to be

I’ve had my lovesac couch for a bit now, and the thing I keep appreciating the most is the washable covers. My dog is on it constantly, because of course he is, and I was a little nervous at first since we went with a lighter color. But I’ve already had to wash a few pieces and they came out looking clean, and they still fit the couch fine afterward. That alone makes the whole thing feel way less stressful, especially with a pet in the house.

I filed a warranty claim it kind of played out exactly how I figured it would. The replies were slow, and for weeks I couldn’t get a clear answer from anyone. I kept feeling like I was getting passed around instead of actually helped, which just confirmed my suspicion that their warranty support isn’t very reliable

I needed help with something and they got back to me really fast. Like, surprisingly fast. I was expecting to wait around, but nope, it was handled quickly. Super helpful overall, though I was kind of annoyed at first because I thought it would be a whole thing. Anyway, good experience.

I ordered a cover from Lovesac thinking it was going to be this soft, warm gray based on the photos, but when it showed up it looked way more blue and darker. The quality itself seems fine, so that part isn’t really the issue, but it just does not match my room at all. I even checked the listing on a couple different screens before ordering, and it still didn’t look anywhere close to what I received. For the price, I really expected the color to be more accurate. Now I feel kind of trapped dealing with a return over something that should’ve been obvious from the product photos, and it’s frustrating

I wanted to like this, but the cushions are just too firm for me. I’ve had it for about a week and it still feels stiff instead of cozy. I’ve already had to explain a few times that, yes, I know some couches need breaking in, but for the price I really expected it to soften up faster. Maybe some people prefer that extra-firm feel, but it’s not what I was hoping for

I got my Lovesac set up last week, and I have to admit it really does look great in the room. The fabric color is pretty much exactly what I was hoping for, and it makes the space feel a lot more pulled together without looking too fancy or overdone. It has that clean, cozy vibe I wanted, and a couple friends have already asked where I got it. I’m really happy with the way it looks overall, even if I’m still kind of deciding how I feel about it now that it’s actually in my home.

So, my Lovesac order showed up on the day they said it would, which was really nice. One of the boxes was kind of beat up and dusty, so, you know, that wasn’t exactly ideal, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine and nothing was damaged. I probably would’ve given 5 stars if the delivery had just been a little cleaner overall.

The couch is definitely comfortable, so I’ll give it that. But for the price, I expected it to feel a lot more impressive somehow. Like, if I’m paying that much, it should almost make the whole room look better automatically. It’s not a bad couch at all, but to me it just doesn’t feel worth what they’re charging.

The seat depth is literally perfect, and it’s super comfy. I’m really happy with it.

Just a quick warning for anyone ordering from lovesac: most of my order went smoothly, but a couple of the covers ended up being on backorder for longer than I expected. They did keep me updated, and everything eventually arrived, so it wasn’t a total disaster. I’m still happy with the couch overall, but I really wish the availability had been clearer before checkout. Definitely double-check timing if you need everything by a certain date.

We got a Sactional last year, i still rearrange it more than I expected. Movie nights, people coming over, the kids turning the living room into chaos, it kind of shifts around with whatever is going on. We ordered a few extra sides from lovesac and they clicked in without any drama. It’s definitely not cheap, and reading between the lines, I think that’s the part you have to be okay with upfront. But for us, the modular design has actually been useful, not just some fancy sales pitch.

I was relieved by how easy this was for me to put together. I didn’t want to spend my whole day figuring it out, and luckily I had it assembled quickly without much hassle.

I got approved really fast, and the payments actually feel manageable so far. my only regret is waiting as long as I did to look into it.
